Jack Boles and Jason Henson, from Newton County Farm Bureau, were in attendance and participated Nov. 6-7 in the Arkansas Farm Bureau resolutions committee meeting held at the Hot Springs Convention Center.
The committee spent two days reviewing, deliberating and consolidating policy topics ranging from broadband access and agricultural tax exemptions to H-2A labor and animal health. Those recommendations will now be considered by voting delegates at the 90th annual Arkansas Farm Bureau Convention, which will be Dec. 4-6.
