Friends of the Library

President Pat Dixon conducted the May 12 meeting of the Friends of the Library with seven members present.
Pat reported that the library patrons are eligible for free movies on KANOPY, part of the E Reading system. Log in with your library card.

The wheelbarrow fundraiser was a resounding success.
Plans were finalized for the second annualChildren's Book Sale on Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The FOLConstitution and By-laws have been updated, signed by the officers and will be reviewed yearly.
Members discussed the Best Dressed Pet show on June 21 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Bradley Park.
FOL received a $500 grant from United for Libraries.
The next meeting will beJune 9. The public is invited.
