Jasper's Farmers Market will begin a new season on the county courthouse lawn on Friday, April 11.
The quorum court gave its permission to the market to use the location during its regular monthly meeting Monday night, Feb. 3.
Tonya Smith, market manager, said the market days will be Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The market vendors also asked if they could connect to electricity offering to pay for the small amount of power that would bar used, mostly for operating cooling fans during the summer.
