JASPER — The February meeting of the Newton County Quorum Court has been postponed, according to a memo sent out by the County Clerk's Office.
The meeting has been moved to 7 p.m., Monday, Feb. 13, at the courthouse. The quorum court normally meets the first Monday night of each month. There wasn't a meeting in January.
