LITTLE ROCK – Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following statement on the arrest of John Moseley, 41, of Benton on 30 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child:
“Special agents in my office’s Special Investigations Division arrested this man after executing a search warrant at his home on December 11 based on a tip made to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline. The man was not at his home at the time. He was later arrested at the Love’s Travel Stop in Malvern as he was preparing to travel out of state.
