Bingo at the senior center Friday

The Newton County Senior Wellness and Fitness Center in Jasper will be calling Bingo at 5 p.m., Friday, April 25.
Are you over 60 and having trouble finding a ride to Jasper for the little things, like groceries, prescriptions, doctor. We have transportation services available that might be able to help you. We ask for 24 hour advance notice.

Meals at the center are served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. A $4 donation is appreciated from clients. No age limit and carry-outs cost $8.60 per meal. All meals include 8 ounces of 2% milk.

Thursday - Beef with roasted vegetables, rissole potatoes, dinner roll and apricot parfait.
Friday - Chicken club sandwich, onion rings, steamed vegetable sticks and chocolate bar.
Monday - Baked Ziti with cheese, spinach salad with dressing, garlic bread and fruit salad.
Tuesday - Baked chicken, corned dressing, spinach, roll and berry cup.
Wednesday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, roll and Mandarin oranges.
