CRAWFORD COUNTY – A Crawford County mother and three others are charged with kidnapping after arranging an elaborate scheme to teach her developmentally disabled 22-year-old daughter about the dangers of strangers on the internet. In addition to kidnapping, Tamara Hamby is charged with false imprisonment, abuse of an adult endangered or impaired person, battery in the 3rd degree and terroristic threatening in the 2nd degree.
