A Health Expo is coming to the Newton County Senior Activity and Wellness Center on Friday, July 25, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be free blood pressure checks, business information, free samples and a door prize. Everyone in the community is invited and encouraged to attend.
The center serves lunch Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. Those who are 60 and over can dine in at the center for a $4 donation. Under 60, dine for $8.60. Carry out meals for everyone is $8.60. All meals include 8 ounces of 2% milk.

Thursday - Chicken club sandwich, onion rings, steamed vegetable sticks and a chocolate bar.
Friday - Roast turkey, dressing with gravy, vegetable blend, dinner roll and blueberries and peaches.
