President Betty Stivers conducted the May 14 Jasper Pioneer's Extension Homemakers Club meeting with eight members, nine guests and a special speaker present.
Terry Edwards led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Stivers gave the devotional.
Roll call was answered by each member naming and recalling a favorite picnic they attended.
The club recorded a total of 172 volunteer hours in April.
Todd Neis, a Bigfoot eyewitness and researcher, was the guest speaker. His talk was interesting, thought provoking and raised many questions.
Mr. Neis has been researching this elusive creature, also know as Sasquatch, for over 30 years.
The next club meeting will be at the Mt. Sherman Community Building.
