YELLVILLE — On Saturday, August 2, the Marion County Sheriff’s office released a trio of press releases detailing a series of unconnected death investigations.
On Thursday, July 24, the Marion County Emergency 911 Center (E911) received a call about an unresponsive person at the Yellville Post Office. Medical personnel responded and found Wilson Kirk Bressler, 48 of Harrison, on the ground next to his vehicle. The caller was administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPR. Deputies and investigators from the Sheriff’s Office responded and processed the scene, as well as conducted interviews. According to investigators, Bressler was a contract mail-route courier and had finished a shift at 3 p.m. He then contacted his wife before leaving work and stated that he had gotten extremely hot at work, and that his energy was “zapped.” The family became worried when they were unable to make contact with him. A family friend decided to drive towards Yellville, in case Bressler was having vehicle trouble. Bressler was then found in the driver seat of his vehicle in the post office parking lot with the vehicle running. Investigators believe that Bressler died of natural causes and next of kin had been notified.
On Saturday, July 26, the Marion County E911 received a call about an unresponsive person at a residence on Wolf Lane. Deputies and medical personnel responded to the scene where they discovered Cimmaron Marty-Tyrone Biller, 57 of Yellville, deceased on the floor in his bedroom. Investigators arrived and processed the scene and they spoke to the caller. The caller stated she went to give Biller his medication at approximately 9 a.m., and found him unresponsive on the floor. The investigator also learned Biller suffered from extensive medical issues. Investigators believe that Bressler died of natural causes and next of kin had been notified.
