Administrative Assistant
Position ~ 24 Hours/Week

The City of Bull Shoals is seeking to fill a part-time administrative assistant position. This position will entail working closely with the Mayor, Treasurer and Court Clerk and assisting other Department Heads as necessary. Salary commensurate with experience. Resume Deadline is April 29th, 2024.

Required Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in a clerical or administrative field.
Knowledge of Governmental Accounting required.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Knowledge of filing and recordkeeping procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Human Resources knowledge desirable.
