FAYETTEVILLE — The Southeastern Conference has announced the scheduling format for league games during the 2025 football season.
All 16 SEC schools will play the same opponents in 2025 they are scheduled to play in 2024 with home and away games flipping. In 2025, Arkansas will host Auburn, Mississippi State, Missouri and Texas A&M while traveling to LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas.
The Razorbacks will host Texas A&M in Fayetteville for the first time since 2013, the Aggies’ second season in the SEC. Arkansas will also make a pair of road trips that the Hogs have not made in recent history with a game at Tennessee (first since 2015) and a return to former Southwest Conference rival Texas (first since 2008).
In addition to hosting four SEC games, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium will host a pair of non-conference games, including a marquee matchup against Notre Dame on September 27. The Razorbacks and Fighting Irish will meet for the first time on the gridiron in the first game of a home-and-home series. The two teams were scheduled to play the first game of the series at Notre Dame in 2020 before the pandemic altered schedules nationwide. The Hogs are slated to make the return trip to South Bend, Ind. in 2028.
