Bailey Taylor is the director of the Drug Free Community Grant awarded to Partners in Prevention, a community-led coalition created by the Newton County Hometown Health Initiative. It is led by a core committee representing 12 sectors of the community. Bailey is pictured attending the coalition's Nov. 14 meeting.
